After a 2-year pause for mandatory military obligations, BTS returned in triumphant fashion with their 2022 show in Busan. The special cinematic cut featured past chart-toppers and debuting “Run BTS” from the album ‘Proof.’ It was an epic celebration of music that delighted fans around the world!
#4: Puss in Boots: The Last Wish ($7.9 million)
Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas) has taken quite the risk-filled journey and it turns out that his daredevil adventures have had a price — he only has one life left to live! Knowing this, Puss embarks on an exciting quest for the fabled Last Wish; with luck, success will grant him back all of his nine lives.
#3: Avatar: The Way of Water ($11.3 million)
This sequel brings us back to Pandora where Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Ney’tiri (Zoe Saldaña) have a family. However, when a force threatens their livelihood, they must fight back. The film is now one of the highest-grossing films of all time having made over $2 billion thus far, with director James Cameron having now directed 3 of the 5 highest-grossing movies ever.
