War movies in theaters now:
The Greatest Beer Run Ever
Beer is one of the greatest beverages of the modern age, just ask any young man anywhere. When the Vietnam War broke out in the 1960s, enjoying that delicious goodness was a luxury several thousand soldiers wouldn’t be able to enjoy for quite some time. So, when The Colonel (Bill Murray), a bar owner in New York City, jokingly said that he’d love to send the “boys” from the neighborhood a beer as a thank you, Chickie Donohue (Zac Efron) stood up and announced that he would do it; bring the boys beer in the ultimate beer run. Now, with a plan set in motion, Chickie sets out to Vietnam for what would turn out to be The Greatest Beer Run Ever. In select theaters and streaming on Apple TV+.
I really loved The Greatest Beer Run Ever. It’s hard making a war/comedy but I laughed and I cried. Zac Efron was great and Russell although has limited screen time is very compelling as Arthur Coates and has so much presence when he’s on screen. A favorite character for sure. pic.twitter.com/RcToGdLLnt

Peter Farrelly’s “The Greatest Beer Run Ever” is more like “Outside Providence” than anything he’s ever done. I seriously love this film. It has some authentic humor yet still very real and has moments of utter drama that gives this 1967-set film balance.#greatestbeerrunever pic.twitter.com/UmGaC4tBdg

Operation Seawolf
World War II was easily one of the most atrocious and bloodiest wars in modern history. From German U-Boats torpedoing war ships on the open sea, to the Nazi prison camps during the Holocaust, an estimated 40,000,000 to 85,000,000 (depending where you look) men women and children perished. So it only makes sense that the Germans would go to great lengths to ensure a victory. This is where Operation Seawolf picks up. The war is coming to an end and Germany, desperate for a win, gathers all of their Navy and what few U-Boats they had left and go on the attack in hopes of toppling the U.S. Homeland. You can watch as Operation Seawolf sets sail starting October 7, 2022. In select theaters.

You can check out Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan’s Island currently in select theaters.
Caught a screening of Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan’s Island for the one week it’s being screened here. It’s surreal to actually watch it on the big screen.
It may be a remake of a “lost” episode (in the West) but I hope they do more movies like this for other Gundam anime! pic.twitter.com/iFRP2dmLrB— Lutzayy🔜#PAXAUS (@Lutzayy) October 1, 2022
MOBILE SUIT #GUNDAM CUCURUZ DOAN’S ISLAND was a fun watch. A great mix of character development and of course…mobile suit battles. Glad they didn’t go where I thought they would with the title character. https://t.co/B8JAuJNB9K

War Movies Coming Soon to Theaters:
Ambush
Originally titled Al Kameen, The Ambush is based on the real life Ambush of Emirati soldiers during the war in Yemen during the winter of 2018. When the Emirati military is sent to provide aid, all seems to be going well, but when three lone soldiers are out for what they believe is going to be their final patrol of the mission, the three are suddenly surrounded by insurgents and taking heavy fire. Now it’s up to their comrades to come to the aid of these men and bring them home no matter what the cost may be, the men are “Family!”
Devotion
The Korean War was the first battle the US would participate in after the conclusion of World War II. It was a war that would last for 3 years and cost the American military more than 37,000 soldiers lives and wound more than 102,000. That being said, Devotion tells the tale of two of the Navy’s top elite fighter pilots Tom Hudner (Glen Powell) and Jesse Brown (Jonathan Majors), their risks and the heroic actions that made them the Navy’s most celebrated wingmen in history.
Another movie starring a Black American actor as a real life hero is ‘Devotion’, coming soon to Theaters. Jonathan Majors stars as Jesse Brown, a real life heroic US Navy Pilot in Korea. If you liked Top Gun, you’ll like this! And also continue to support #CorsicanaMovie pic.twitter.com/4hWZskU0re

The Four Winds was very very good…but nothing is better than Kristin Hannah the Nightingale😃. The movie is coming out December 23, 2022 (Sony studios)…I’m crossing my fingers that they don’t push it back again to 2023…have u read it yet?
